Creativyst(tm) Glossary v1.2a Now Permits Exporting in XML

Webmasters can now easily export or aggregate their glossary content without loosing copyright assignments.

WEBPAGE ANOUNCEMENT: / Riverside, NJ - 22-August-2002 - The latest release of Creativyst(tm) Glossary has been placed on the customer download page for Glossary at www.Creativyst.com/Prod/Glossary/dl/.

The most significant improvement in the new release is it's ability to produce an export file in Creativyst's openly shared XML standard dialect for exchanging glossary information (more information on this format can be found at http://www.creativyst.com/Prod/Glossary/Doc/XMLOut.htm). The format includes functionality for aggregating glossary information from diverse sources while preserving attribution back to the originator. This allows, at the user's option, copyrighted material to be shared without diluting or losing the copyrights.

Other features that have been added in this release include new HTML style-classes, which allow links to glossary entries to be displayed differently from other links. A new administrative page has been added as well, though it currently only contains a facility to produce the XML formatted export file already discussed.
